the title of OASIS DESERT'S GYM LEADER currently belongs to AVA FAIRFAX. though relatively unknown to the battling community, the name 'fairfax' holds high reputation in the fighting community. she comes from a long line of renowned fighters, most of whom are champions in some form of martial arts.[break][break]

the entirety of her life, excluding the past couple of months, was spent in fusube, being sheltered from the rest of the world. the only thing in her life was training to fight, to represent the family name, and while she is grateful for the skills she learned, she has since estranged herself from her family. they were controlling, manipulative, and didn't allow her to make her own decisions.[break][break]

since leaving fusube, she has since become one of the strongest trainers in the region. she is the poster child of hard work and dedication. she's motivated by her need to regain control, which she thinks she'll achieve by getting more powerful. she's power-hungry, stubborn, and expects the best from her team.[break][break]
