Zatka really was wanting that swablu now. Or maybe even a chatot just something cute but tough with wings really. Now that he thought about it maybe a swanna or a beautifly could work. The question was, were they tough? Swanna was half water though and he already had two water types so that kind of ruled that pokemon out.
Sada walked beside him. She was his trump along this route. The electric type able to almost one hit everything that attacked them. Almost, being the keyword. Last time they were here a pidgeotto ended up putting her up in a tree. Which the idea of it happening again still scared her.

[googlefont=Roboto Condensed] Kyle had released his Mightyena to go take a walk by himself. He even decided to put on a bright red collar, one with his contact info on its tag, around his neck. Poochy 1 did not seem to mind it though as long as he gets to run out in the wild. Poochy 2 had tired himself out too quickly and decided to go back while Kyle had his Electrike preoccupied with something else. Poochy 1 was an independent dog though, and he can pretty much handle himself without causing too headaches for his trainer, much more than his Electrike and his other Mightyena on Kyle's opinion. He has only been a nuisance once he's banded together with the other two, but since he was sent out alone this time, Kyle did not see much problem in the future regarding the proposition of letting his Mightyena out for a walk on its own. Walking along the route, the Mightyena spotted a human along the way. He seemed friendly enough to approach too, which was always a nice thing. Being an outgoing little canine, Poochy 1 gave out a sharp bark as he trotted over him, tail wagging from one side to the other with a bright expression on his face. Zatka turned as he heard a bark. A friendly canine pokemon walking up to him making him smile. He reached out giving the pup a friendly pet on the head. It was a pleasant surprise to run into such a friendly pokemon out in the wild.
"Well hello there. Where's your trainer," Zatka said practically purring. Sada let out a friendly noise as well in greeting. The flaaffy more than happy to have company other than her trainer on the road. The man was a bit tiresome when they were alone. Sada though not that it helped much since the dog couldn't talk and keep him busy.
"You're a cutie. May need to get me a pup myself," Zatka said chuckling. His attention on the dog and not the bird overhead.
Sada was first to notice the Staravia. The bird was fluffed up obviously having been disturbed by the barking noise the dog had made earlier. It's fluffed plumage was somewhat intimidating. Still, it would be nothing compared to her electricity. She took the initiative before it could swoop in on them.
She shot out a think of electricity the bird squawking as it was hit. It wasn't down though and its feathers ruffled all the more. It swooped in one wing wrapped in air as it close-lined the flaaffy knocking her over. She shook her head before using her electricity once more. The bird crashing into the brush and out of sight.
"Ten-ten on the landing," Zatka said looking to where the bird had crashed. His humor all but lost on Sada who shook her head. Trying his hand at witty one-liners to help with his ability to create routines. It wasn't exactly the best way in her books. He needed an improv group.
Zatka said enjoying the new company. The dog reminding him of Flash really. They'd probably make really good playmates. Now he was wanting a dog type on top of the Swablu. He may as well be a breeder if he was just going to catch every cute pokemon he came across. He was pretty sure this one already had a trainer though. hover for levels [googlefont=Open+Sans] |

[googlefont=Roboto Condensed] Poochy 1 simply moved up to puff his chest out, exposing his neck to reveal the tag on his collar. It probably did not answer his question, but the stranger could simply send a message on the number inscribed to his tag if he needed to know where Kyle was. His trainer would rather not have strangers trying to contact him all the time, he bet, but as a Pokemon, Poochy 1 did not have any concept of technology and privacy and that he didn't know if showing his tag accomplished anything. While the duo had been distracted by the Staravia, Poochy 1's eyes managed to spot a Jigglypuff by the bushes. The wild Pokemon's motives were unclear, seeing as it didn't seem to do anything aggressive, but it lurking in the shadows was already suspicious enough. What's worse is that it was a Fairy-type, though Poochy 1 wasn't the type to back down from a challenge. He can deal with it swiftly. The Mightyena went for the kill, rushing to the Fairy-type with the Fairy-type move on his own. Puffs of smoke suddenly disappeared in a moment's notice as soon as his eyes met with the Jigglypuff's, a flash appearing momentarily on the wild Pokemon's eyes before he suddenly found himself unable to complete the attack. Bewildered, the Mightyena flinched before going at it again. This time, however, flames had covered his maw as he rushed in for a bite. The Jigglypuff opened his mouth to use its voice against Poochy 1, but by the time it could even let the first note out, the Mightyena had already closed the distance between them, his teeth latching on whatever surface it could grab on the Jigglypuff's round body. He waited for a while until the Jigglypuff caught into flames, before releasing the Fairy-type away. Zatka looked at the dogs tags pondering name a moment. He didn't know any Kyle's. It seemed another pokemon caught the mightyena's attention though and he watched the dog fight his own foe. He seemed pretty smart since he was able to take it down without any orders at all. Much like his own pokemon who were also quite intelligent except maybe Flash. He still had to boss him around a bit.
"You're a good boy aren't cha," Zatka said chuckling. Strange though the dog didn't exactly look like a fire type. He wondered how it knew a fire type move. Then again his whole reason for getting a flaaffy was because she knew a rock type move. Pokemon were so strange.
Sada rolled her eyes at his praising of the dog. Her gaze wandering the brush only to spot another foe weak to electricity. A marill oddly enough part of her wanted to bring her trainers attention to in. She already knew what he'd say though. They already had two water types they didn't need a third.
She gave the marill a nice taste of electricity. The pokemon huffing afterward in response before rushing forward and swinging her tail coated in water at the flaaffy. The tail smacked her right across the cheek giving a smart sting. Sada's eyes narrowed as she shot another bolt of electricity but the close range meant it was a bit stronger. Left coughing the marill ran bumping into a tree before disappearing into the brush.
"You're a good girl ain't cha," Zatka said teasingly at her victory. All she had to do was give him a raised brow and he put the mightyena between him and her. She had a bad habit of shocking for bad jokes. He was slowly wizening up to when to dodge. Won [googlefont=Open+Sans] |

[googlefont=Roboto Condensed] As soon as Zatka got his attention off of Poochy 1, the Mightyena noticed something rustling from the bushes. Muscles tensed as he sensed the creature approaching, ears swiveling to the direction of the noise while his eyes were intently trained on the unknown. It wasn't a particularly dangerous Pokemon judging from the sound of its small footsteps, but it helped to be wary of his surroundings anyways. His instinct told him to chase after it, to which his body did. Controlled by his desires, he ran into the lush vegetation, temporarily leaving Zatka and his Pokemon while he chased after the source of the sounds. It was by his surprise that he found his trainer in the process of cornering a wild Pokemon. Kyle wasn't that big compared to other humans, but when set beside the Snubbull, he definitely towers over it, perhaps creating an illusion for the Fairy-type that humans were dangerous. In a sense though, Poochy 1 could agree. Their eyes locked, him and his trainer. Without Kyle saying a word, Poochy 1 immediately knew what his trainer had wanted him to do with just a nod. The Mightyena opened his mouth, filling his fangs with frost and ice, before lunging on the smaller canine with his maw aiming for its neck. The Snubbull, noticing the Mightyena a moment too late, had prepared its own attack to retaliate on close range instead. It did not have enough time to dodge it after all, and was forced to simply try to fend off the Dark-type on its own. It had the same attack, Ice Fang, seeing as ice, too, had been the primary agent of the Fairy-type's move. It managed to bite one of Poochy 1's front legs, encasing it with ice, though it couldn't shrug the larger Pokemon away when it came for its throat. "Don't overdo it," Kyle'd remind his Pokemon as he took out a Pokeball from his pockets and tossed it on the Snubbull that Poochy 1 had been strangling. Zatka watched as the mightyena ran off leaving him alone with an annoyed flaaffy. He cast her an apologetic glance with a half smile. She just smiled back shaking her head. She was used to him by now it was only when he embarrassed her that she would zap him.
"Safe trip home," Zatka yelled out after the mightyena. That was where he was going no doubt. Returning to his trainer like a good pokemon. Which left him sighing and stretching. They should probably be calling it a day as well.
He turned back to Sada the color draining from his face as he saw vines behind her. The flaaffy quickly knew something was wrong as she jumped towards him spinning around to see the grass type. The only thought in her mind was crap because she wasn't effective against grass types. Thinking quickly she turned to her trainer and pressed a ball releasing Lewa.
"I was going to do that. As soon as the surprise wore off," Zatka said scratching the side of his head. Sada ignored him and watched as Lewa took center stage.
The seel huffed in indignation. No crowd to watch her beauty and she was expected to fight something so ugly. She was less than pleased with her position, to say the least. It was still a chance to show off though and she always loved showing off. If they couldn't handle it she would.
With a wave of her tail a cold and icy wind blew at the carnevine. It's body shivering at the chill. It wasn't out though as it took root in the soil powering itself up and making sure it wasn't blown away as she sent forth another icy wind. Shimmers of ice floating in the air and quickly melting away. Now rooted the carnevine reached out grabbing her and binding her in its vines. She struggled against those vines releasing dozens of ice shard at its face until it succumbed to the cold.
It's vines loosened and she was free and pissed. She began slapping her tail against its vines in indignation at it messing up her fur. Her anger was short lived as she and Sada were both returned with a chuckle. He'd have to brush her when they got home. Won [googlefont=Open+Sans] |
