Also known as The Link Between Kanto and Johto; the Tohjo waterfall links the Kanto and Johto regions. Kanto gym trainers must pass through it on their way to the Johto league to test their strength against the elite four. It is also a great place to find some water pokemon from the Johto and Kanto Region.
