Also called the "Tin Tower", it is a ten-story tower stated as a place to be of high sanctity. it is an icon to the city of Enju among its people, where only a select are said to be granted entry. It is hinted that a legendary Pokemon can be seen perched at unknown times, but til this day it is only an urban myth.

This tower once had another name, but after a tragic incident, it has long since earned the name of 'Burned Tower'. This iconic structure's remnants still stand the test of time, and the citizens of not only Enju city, but all of Johto respect the monument as well as the symbol it represents.

On the western path their resides a bi-directional path. This road makes its way north from Route 36 and loops around a small tree. Here vast Pokemon can be discovered upon ones travels, but be careful for they, too, aren't that friendly as any other route that may possess roaming creatures.

A route found between Route 39 and Enju City. It is a path that only grants eastern movement. After breaking from the northern path near Route 39, the path heads south, passing a signpost before traversing a ledge that borders a T-intersection. At this junction, Trainers can continue east along the southern edge of the ledge of the lower middle path and, eventually, along the fenced area to Enju City.
