[attr="class","nikki109"]In retrospect, this entire situation was pretty random.
Hana had met her mystery man through text, because he somehow got her number and vice versa, though she was pretty sure she would remember someone as... interesting as him. He didn't seem to be the brightest bulb in the pack, but he was fun to tease over the short conversation they shared. One thing led to another and somehow she talked herself into meeting this guy face to face, their rendezvous point was in Route 29, with the hopes of a battle or two.
By the time Hana had reached the start of the Route, it was roughly noon. There were clouds forming overhead into what looked to be a storm but besides that everything else was pretty normal. She stood on the side closer to town, dressed in her normal black and white dress. At the moment, Hana had yet to see her friend who went by the name "Red". Maybe he was running late? Or perhaps she was early? She would let out a sigh as she leans against a nearby tree.

Once again, the nurse behind the counter took his friends and put them on the healing station. After a few beeps, she smiled and handed back his Pokemon. Red immediately released his Pichu from the Pokeball and it let out its audible name before leaping onto the trainers shoulder.[break][break] Red then reached into his bag and took out his PokeNav and pulled up the messages between Hana and himself. His eyes looked at the time of the last sent message and then to his watch. A few minutes had passed but hopefully she wasn't waiting on him. Red and his Pokemon made their way out out the Pokemon Center and headed in the direction of Route 29. It was a nice day out, which was perfect for catching Pokemon even just hanging out. As he reached the outskirts of the city, he began to look for Hana, however, seeing that he actually never met her, he wasn't sure what she looked like. Scanning the area, he did spot someone leaning against a tree and it was a girl. So, must be Hana.[break][break] Red approached the girl, hopefully this was her.[break][break] "Hello, are you Hana?" the male trainer asked politely. [attr="class","nikki109"]From the side, Hana heard a distant and faded voice from her left side. It could have been closer, but by this point Hana had long been distant, staring into space for the little time between her arrival and her friends. It would take a few seconds but eventually Hana would turn to face the source of the voice and was faced with a man, well a boy but he could pass of for a grown man, wearing a red cap with a pichu by his side. Perhaps that's where he got his namesake, from his cap.
"Oh! Are you Red?" She digs her heels into the soft ground underneath the tree she was under, kicking her straight up. Both of her hand quickly move to her hips, her left hand in search of a pokeball which contained her companion, Johnny. It took her only a moment to find the red and white capsule and press the button, the cheerful cyndaqui popping out and began to rub against Hana's leg.
"Y'know, you don't look like I thought you would. But you do seem somewhat familiar.... Do I know you from somewhere? I mean, we must have met before since i had you number." She began to pace around him, walking flamboyantly, one foot in front of the other with the heel touching the other fool while her back was hunched over. She had been in a good mood.

He nodded to confirm he was indeed Red whenever she inquired if he was. Red's Pichu moved from one shoulder to the other before jumping off into the air and landing softly on the ground. Just as the small mouse Pokemon landed, the girl released a Pokemon of her own from it's Pokeball. From the looks of it, it was definitely a fire type! Red quickly took out his Pokedex and scanned the fire Pokemon. After a few moments, he learned that it was a Cyndaquil, which she nicknamed Johnny.[break][break] The male in the red ball cap wasn't too fond of nicknames and just preferred to call his Pokemon by their species name. He was pretty excited to see and record his first fire type Pokemon. However, his attention was brought back to the girl as she began to prance around him. He was kind of confused when she mentioned that he didn't look how she thought he would.[break][break] "I-I... How did you think I was going to look?" he asked nervously, his hand rubbing the back of his head. "I don't think we have met before. Maybe it has something to do with the PokeNav system." He added quickly, his eyes following her as she walked in circles around him. He had no clue if they actually met before in the past, but he sure as heck couldn't remember. Red's memory was pretty good and he'd definitely remember someone with purple hair like hers. His Pichu then approached her Cyndaquil and waved, a smile strewn across the small mouses face. It seemed to like the fire type and wanted to be friends with it. "Looks like Pichu found a new buddy!"
