"Heh... Reminds me of Ashley. But not what I am looking for at all." He said, looking to Dilla for a moment and then reaching to his side. Pulling out a pokeball, he tossed out Gastly. A smile was on his face as he looked at the Gastly, who took a comet punch to the mist and didn't seem to mind at all. Ahh, the powers of Ghost type. Gastly turned around, looking at the suddenly fearful Hitmonchan, seeming rather worried now that one of his best attacks had fallen far short of the desired effect.

Opening her eyes wide, the ghost pokemon started to move from side to side, her eyes seeming to take on a hypnotic pattern as the Hitmonchan watched the ghost. Slowly, his eyes started to close, and soon, he drifted off fully. The Gastly, who seemed to be rather happy with the name he had decided on, which was Aurora, seemed rather pleased with her actions. Bosco stood up and walked over to the Gastly. "Well done. Dream Eater I take it?"

The pokemon floated over to the fighter, fading away and then snapping back into reality a moment later, the Hitmonchan snapping awake and swinging wildly at Aurora for a moment before recoiling in fear. Her eyes opened wide once more, flashing with the Night Shade and sending the Hitmonchan running away quickly. "And that is that. Atta girl. Let's see what else we can find."

The area, at least so far, was rather nice. As he came towards one of the few trees in the area, he could see something was within it. Standing there for a moment, he realized what it was... Mankey's. A lot of them too. While Gastly could continue to crush her way through everything, perhaps it would be good to let one of the others do some battling and try to get some more strength in their abilities and the like. Recalling Aurora, he tossed out the pokeball for Kabuto. He still need to name this small pokemon, but for now, this worked wonders.

A mankey was on patrol around the tree and stumbled upon them. The Pig Monkey pokemon jumped up, and was suddenly filled with rage at being surprised, locking it's eyes on Kabuto and seeming to focus the energy it needed to fight. That gave Bosco a quick second to think. "Quick, Mud Slap!"

The pokemon shifted, slapping against the mud and sending it up into the Mankey's face, causing it to howl with rage. So much anger in such a tiny pokemon. Either way it went, it was going to be interesting. In it's maddening rage, it lashed out with a chop, hitting the shell of Kabuto hard, causing it to drop into the ground some. "Giga drain!" Bosco called out, the pokemon reacting quickly.

The move was powerful, but he didn't like using it a lot. Summoning forth a good bit of energy, the pokemon yanked free some of the life force and power of the other pokemon, healing itself in the process. The Mankey seemed confused for a moment, before simply grabbing Kabuto and preforming a seismic toss. The hard shelled pokemon landed with a hard thud, seeming dazed for a moment before rolling over and flinging more mud, using the powerful mud slap ability. While it didn't hit hard, it made it hard to see, and the next chop that came rolling his way luckily missed.

"Ancient power." Bosco called out, and Kabuto complied quickly enough. Kabuto rushed the half blind pig monkey, slamming into hard and sending it flying away quickly. There was a bit of satisfaction with that, and Bosco walked over, kneeling down and petting the back of the pokemon. "Well done my little friend."

Well, that was indeed two down. Checking over Kabuto for a moment, he saw the pokemon was still in great shape. Good. That was going to be helpful. With any luck, he was still... His eyes moved up as he saw the massive bug pokemon land before them. It seemed to commotion of all this had made the big pokemon mad. Well, now was not the time to dwell upon this. Kabuto was already out, and in still good condition. He was going to have to make this quick if he wanted to conserve the might of his pokemon.

Kabuto moved first, flinging mud once again at his foe to blind them. While it was not as effective as it had been in the past, it was still doing it's job. Pulling it's head back, it fired a seed at Kabuto, the bullet seed hit with rather solid effectiveness. Kabuto staggered back, hitting the other pokemon with a Giga Drain as Bosco called out, healing his injuries while sapping the strength of his foe. It was indeed a good effort and plan so far. With this, the Heracross seemed to hesitate for a moment. The fact that it's first attack, powerful as it was, had not really slowed down the other pokemon meant it needed to chance tactics.

It rushed Kabuto from the air, hitting with the Aerial Ace attack that so many fliers were well known for. Kabuto locked himself down however, soon regaining his footing and once more lashing out with the dreaded Ancient Power. When it hit, everything about Kabuto seemed better. He seemed lighter on his feet, stronger, his shell had a different shine to it. It was all better. Perhaps it had awakened some kind of hidden power. Who knows? The Heracross was in a bad way however, and now, faced with his stronger and better Kabuto, fled the scene for the time being.

"Well, I think we are done for now." He said, recalling Kabuto after feeding him a treat.
