A Lunatone... To be honest, Bosco knew next to nothing about this particular pokemon. Based on how it looked, it seemed like an odd type pokemon. He looked to Pinsir for a long moment before turning his focus back to the floating pokemon before him. It had seen them, and it was hovering a few yards away, unsure if they wanted to battle or what was going on. Bosco took a deep breath and touched the back of Pinsir. “Ok buddy. Think you can take down this one? That candy made you a lot stronger. Let's see what you do if you want to.”

The bug pokemon took several steps forwards, making a clicking sound and then Bosco nodded. Taking several steps back on his own, he looked at the floating rock pokemon. “Pinsir, use focus energy.” He called out, keeping his voice calm as Pinsir lowered himself down and crossed his arms. Bosco could see how the power up worked, and he narrowed his eyes as the other pokemon did it's attack, trying to break the concentration of the bug. A rolling psywave hit the bug, causing it to stagger back.

“Psychic and rock type... Interesting.” Bosco mentioned, seeing his bug friend was hurt, but not overly so. “Vice grip!” He called out, the Pinsir rushing out, making an angry clicking noise as it ran and catching the other pokemon by surprise. The massive pincers that gave the pokemon his name came in from both sides. The pokemon was not built for sheer durability, but instead was made for dishing out damage as fast as possible. When it closed, the pokemon thrashed for a moment before Pinsir threw it off. When the pokemon rose up, it did something unexpected, and fired off some kind of ray of light, and it looked like it was made of gemstones. The pokemon staggered back, hit pretty hard and clearly not doing the best. Bosco cursed under his breath, raising up the pokeball to prepare to call it back.

Pinsir looked at Bosco and then rushed the Lunatone one more time before he could be recalled. This time, the pokemon hit with much greater force, hitting some form of weak spot or area that he had already damaged. He threw the lunatone over his shoulders, sending the fainted pokemon off into the wilds and beyond where Bosco could reach.

“You are a reckless one, you know that?” He asked, walking over to check the pokemon and patting it on the back. “I think you need some rest. I'll call you out soon my friend.”

It seemed the battle had some... Odd attractions to it. He had only just recalled Pinsir when another pokemon had floated down from a ledge of the ruins. Bosco looked up at it, and saw it was like a stone star. “Ok... Maybe a fire type?” He asked, looking at it for a long moment. He would reach to his side and pull out the pokeball for Totodile. Tossing that out, the small alligator like pokemon formed and looked around for a few moments. It's eyes leveled on the Solrock and then realized what had happened. The small pokemon spun around, looking up at Bosco and narrowing his eyes for a moment.



“Hey! You aren't the only one who gets to train, ok?” He said, pointing down at the small pokemon for a moment. “Pinsir needed to fight and get some battle time too. Now it is your turn. Keep it up and I'll send out Onix instead.” He threatened, the pokemon looking at him in alarm for a moment before turning back around to the Solrock. This one was prepared, and before Bosco could shout a command, the Solrock charged the smaller pokemon. The flare blitz was not something either of them were expecting, and Bosco narrowly managed to dive out of the way. When he rolled back up to his feet, he called out.



“Dilla! Water gun!” He shouted, the pokemon responding before it was even fully in it's feet. The blast hit the other pokemon and slammed it against the wall near by. When it rose up, it's body shined for a second, seeming to stiffen up. While normally physical attacks wouldn't do much, it hardly mattered for what he was planning on doing. “Dilla, use bite!” He called out, once again, the pokemon was rushing the other pokemon. The big jaw pokemon clamped down, biting hard and making the Solrock cry out.



A bright light seemed to escape the body of the Solrock, confusion if he had to guess, and Dilla let go, staggering backwards and his eyes spinning for a second. It was a risk to call out attacks, but he had to keep on pressing. “Dilla, Water Gun again!” He shouted, the pokemon shaking it's head, trying to clear the confusion that struck it. Once it heard the attack, it fired off the water gun, hitting the other pokemon and dropping it down to the ground, knocked out.



Dilla staggered about in a confused dance, shaking it's head one last time before it snapped it's eyes up to Bosco, realized he had won, and doing a small dance. “Atta boy.”

Rubbing the top of his head, Bosco would call out Pinsir for a moment, applying a potion after the pokemon had been able to rest for a few moments. At first, everything seemed ok, then it suddenly gotten agitated, peering around as it it seemed to be seeking something out. He narrowed his eyes for a moment and then took several steps forwards, kneeling down and looking over where Pinsir was seeming to be very, very agitated at. Then he realized what was there. There was an Abra, sitting in the ruins, seeming to meditate and relax.

“Well well well. Pinsir, thank you for noticing that one my friend. I think we should capture this one. What do you think Dilla?” He asked, the pokemon dropped down, starting to crawl forwards on his belly. “Dilla, when you get close, I want you to clamp down with bite and don't let go.” He whispered, the pokemon nodding once and then slipping into the tall grasses. Bosco watched from a range, his eyes on the pokemon as it turned towards him. The small pokemon stared at him for a long moment, and Bosco could see him starting to gather up his energy, like he was about to flee... Bosco was about to curse his luck when Dilla burst from the grasses.

Lunging out, Dilla burst out and bit down on the pokemon. The strike was enough to cause it to flinch, breaking it's focus and dealing some serious damage. Totodile shook his head, Abra managing to slip free and fall down, looking a bit dizzy for a second. “Again!” Bosco called, trying to keep the pokemon on the back foot as much as possible. Dilla bit down again, with some serious force once more. It caused the pokemon to yelp out once more, breaking it's focus from being able to flee away using teleport once again. He didn't want this one to slip away quickly. The Abra cried out as Dilla shook his head, holding the pokemon tightly, and Bosco tossed the pokeball towards it, Dilla letting it go and back away as the pokeball tapped against the head of Abra, turning it into the red light for a moment and the ball falling towards the ground.
