Lithe fingers rose to sift their way through the colorful coils of hair obscuring his vision, smoothing them back to get a clear view of the ocean stretched out before him. The warm sun on his skin loosed his muscles, the cool ocean breeze teasing at the hem of the thin, unbuttoned shirt draped over his form. Golden eyes masked behind the black of his sunglasses, sandaled feet clapped forward to step into the sand, a hand tucked comfortably in his pockets as he strode out onto the shoreline, a pair of already quite-finished attendants in tow.[break][break]
Their expressions were dull and sour as they hauled his luxury equipment along, the one at his right tasked with the weight of his cooler stacked with a pile of finely woven towels in one hand and a light table in another while their less fortunate partner struggled with the rod of the weighty, ornate beach umbrella rested against their shoulder, a heavy, cushioned chair gripped tightly under each arm.[break][break]
Sloane sipped at the iced coffee fostered in his grip as his steps fell to a halt just out of reach of the tranquil waves rolling over the beach's white sand.[break][break]
❝ Here, I suppose, ❞ he spoke in an unenthused tone, his lips rested in a frown as he glanced down the span of the beach, curious of his companion's arrival.[break][break]
The first of his hired lackeys of the day glanced to their partner as their lips fell dramatically into a frown, bending down to set the cooler's weight on the beach.[break][break]
❝ One of you go buy some flowers when you've finished, ❞ he instructed blandly as his gaze turned back toward the waves, the hand tucked into his pocket reaching to twirl the straw in his cup, ice rattling against its plastic sides.[break][break]
The duo didn't give any sound of displeasure at the order, quietly setting to work in unfolding and setting up the luxurious beach chairs, laying out the quality fabric of one of his many beach towels on the ground. The spike of the umbrella sounded softly as it was driven into the beach, its ribs spanning wide to create a circle of shade from beneath their boughs.[break][break]
Simply but expensively dressed, bright white beach shorts at his legs and champagne collared shirt about his torso with a name brand pair of shades over his eyes, the wavy-haired professor didn't look as though he'd have to lift a finger to enjoy his planned day at the beach.

With each sneaker hitting the sand came measured breaths, muscles tightening to brace for impact before releasing to push forward. The sweat on the man's pale skin glimmered in the rising sun, the friction of the air pulling it off of the man at the constant speed he continued. The light breeze pulled at his half shirt, the light tan cloth only covering the upper portion of his body to reveal an impressive set of abs bellow. Burgundy shorts lightly clung to his thighs, matching the same coloured wrist watch that kept track of his progress along the beach. Having been running along the beach since morning time, heterochromia eyes finally caught sight of the signal it was time for him to take a break. The curly haired professor and his entourage of grunts setting his luxury items down.[break][break]
Rushing forward with increased speed to lessen the distance between the two, Olimpio eventually came to a sudden halt at the designated spot. Sand kicking up from under his sneakers, he took a deep breath in of the ocean air as he wiped the sweat from his forehead. White locks ruffling lightly from the motion, he set his gaze towards the ocean for just a moment before making his way towards the cooler. Grasping for a cool bottle of water, he cracked the bottle open and began guzzling the contents down. An air of satisfaction escaping his lips, fingers running through white locks to smooth them back.[break][break]
❝ When you're settled, we'll start. ❞ he responded with dark circled eyes, even the red liner under his eye didn't do much to cover the clear indication of an insomniac. Reaching his hand to rub at his neck, craning it towards the side to stretch, he took another sip of his water before reaching into his pant pocket. Revealing a phone that he immediately began to type one, stopping for a second to check his watch before returning to the phone. Taking a step off towards the side, he continued drinking his water until it was completely empty. Crunching the bottle in his gasp and throwing it over his shoulder towards one of the Grunts. Allowing them the pleasure of recycling it for him.

The rhythmic pattern of hastened steps drew his attention the side cool golden stare centering on the figure racing down the beach. His lips curled in a knowing smile at the bob of thick white hair, eyes narrowed in felid glee as he gave a couple taps to the base of his plastic cup with the rim of his straw. Attentive gaze followed as the agent came to a sudden halt in his sprint, taking a brief moment to filter shamelessly over the chiseled muscles of Olimpio's abdomen as the man wiped his brow and cast his eyes toward the sea.[break][break]
❝ Right on time, ❞ the scientist praised, gaze trailing after as he invited himself to the contents of the cooler his otherwise useless tagalongs had so kindly muscled over.[break][break]
Fingers slipping from the thin plastic of his straw his hand fell to rest at his side as he lifted the cup to gather the straw between his lips, enjoying a cool draught of bitter mocha. His searched over the man's back as he claimed a bottle of water for himself, unceasing in their study as he easily emptied its contents into his throat. The hum that purred from his lips was a pleased one as he considered the man's words, eyes blinking slowly before falling narrow as he considered the possible implications of Olimpio's words. He'd nearly forgotten he was there for work.[break][break]
His paid help clawed frantically at the air as the bottle came sailing toward them, having to stop in the careful adjustment of the chairs to try and catch the carelessly discarded item. They missed, the bottle landing with a quiet 'tap' against the beach.[break][break]
❝ I guess I had better get settled, then, ❞ he supposed through a breathy sigh, steps trudging toward the carefully positioned retreat that had been laid out for him.[break][break]
❝ Tablet. And...? ❞ He held out an expectant hand as he spun to drop himself carelessly into the cushion of his seat, legs coming to cross comfortably at the knee. The fingers snapped bitterly at the air as his flunkies failed to move quickly enough for him, the one not chasing down the water bottle hurrying to dig through the bag weighing at their shoulder.[break][break]
❝ Tablet. And. ❞ he repeated, fingers wriggling impatiently before being met with the surface of the device.[break][break]
❝ Flowers, ❞ he finished, shade-masked eyes turning their dangerous gaze toward the incompetent cronie in a thinly veiled threat.[break][break]
His eyes turned toward Olimpios as he sought suggestions, lips parting to pose a question before his attention was stolen by the trash being washed up onto the beach. Steel types? His lip curled into a disdaining sneer.[break][break]
❝ Ugh, ❞ he groaned.[break][break]
❝ Take care of that, ❞ came the clear order, ignoring the pair of pokémon in favor of the tablet being made to stand in his lap, finger pressing to the screen to in confirmation of his identity before the machine would properly power on.[break][break]
The grunts looked between each other before turning their attention to the pair of pokemon. Both stepped forward, but the sound of their steps against the beach brought more words to the scientist's lips.[break][break]
❝ I'm sure one of you is enough, ❞ he piped up as he set his drink on the portable table at his side.[break][break]
❝ What color flowers? ❞ he finally finished toward Olimpio, keyboard displaying itself in a show of light.[break][break]
His gaze flicked sharply to the pair still dumbfounded at his side, the one catching his stern glance quickly bolting to shoo the wandering Magnemite away with an anxious wave of their hands - the restrained gesture doing little to truly frighten the thing.

The clear indication of fumbling behind him didn't raise any brows or curiosity from the stoic man, merely a light yawn and a leisure stretch over to the other chair laid out for him. Falling into it without much grace, he crossed one ankle over the other as he turned his attention towards the Professor. Watching the man terrorize the other grunts into getting him his device and flowers. He canted his head lightly, knowing full well who the flowers were for. A slow steady blink issued from the man as the sound of disgust rang in his ear, heterochromia hued eyes easily snapping to look at the tin cans that washed up on the shore.[break][break]
He was still thirsty.[break][break]
A hand reached into the pocket of his shorts, pulling out a phone that he quickly tapped a few words with his thumb. A ghoulish green colour materializing from the device to slowly morph into the form of a Porygon. His hand outstretching to point in the direction of the Aron with a very controlled movement of his arm. ❝ Lock on and kill. ❞[break][break]
Content with the order given, knowing full well that Cell's sights were intently fixated on the Aron, he turned his attention back towards Sloane. Allowing his arm to rest along his stomach as he positioned himself to get more comfortable. Eyes searching the expression of the green haired man very intently, absorbing in every feature it made.[break][break]
❝ Blue would be fine. ❞ he answered in a monotonous tone, his eyes remaining fixated on the Professor. All the while the two Pokemon were exchanging intent looks at one another. The Steel type Pokemon shifted its position on the sand it stood, a gleam of silver flashing over its body as it began hardening the shell on its body. Without needing any further instruction from his master, Cell powered up a yellow energy in its body before releasing a heavy hitting blow that completely penetrated whatever defenses the Aron attempted.[break][break]
❝ Is there something particular you're looking for? ❞ he inquired curiously in the midst of the battle going on nearby.[break][break]
Sliding into the sand, the Aron managed to stop itself from being pushed into the ocean by the attack. Taking one unsteady step forward it began to charge forward with gusto in its steps, flinging his head straight into the body of Cell. Both falling backward from the hit, Aron coming to a skidding stop while Cell allowed the momentum to carry him back further in a roll before pulling himself upright to hover in the air. Three orbs of colour appearing before him, swirling slowly before growing in intensity and the balls flung themselves towards the Aron. Upon contact they burst in an explosion, a rip of lighting appearing next before shards of ice glittered into existence around the Aron before disappearing to reveal the unconscious form of the Steel Pokemon.[break][break]
❝ I'm thirsty, ❞ a hand reached out for the Porygon to hover nearby, carefully approaching to allow fingers to smooth along the head of it. Content with the feeling of his master, the Porygon settled into the sand next to the chair to watch with blank looking eyes.[break][break]

The grunt's quick reaction seemed enough to appease the scientist as his lashes blinked slow over his eyes, his gaze rolling to direct itself toward the comfortably seated Olimpio, attention panning downward to the familiar green glow of his Porygon's manifestation.[break][break]

His sourness melted away with his attention directed toward his new distraction, the edges of his lips curling slowly into a devil's grin as his eyes narrowed in calculation of his companion, the device in his lap ignored completely. The gold of his eyes was met with the green of Olimpio's as Cell's final order was given, his elbow finding its way to rest at the marble-topped table set beside his chair as he rest his chin against the support his fist, brazen stare unwavering.[break][break]
Only briefly did his eyes narrow at the mention of the chosen color, a knowing reflecting from his gaze. A thoughtful hum rumbled in his throat as he looked the man up and down, searching over his figure in admiration. Blue.[break][break]
