Natalia walked down the route with her two Houndours in tow. Lucifer and Lilith walked side by side. This was the first time she'd taken them out together and they were doing beautifully! She couldn't help how she smiled, walking behind the two, watching the way Lilith would nip at Lucifer, who would pretend he wasn't paying her any mind until she least expected it and he'd nudge her side. [break][break]
Lilith took off then, making sure to nip at Lucifer's ear on her way as she bounded through the route for a bit. He followed behind her after shaking his head. Though he'd be lying if he pretended he didn't like the attention the female paid him. He'd been bewitched by her with no hope of return. The Houndour that defeated him was the Houndour that had clearly taken his attention.[break][break]
Natalia simply smiled at her pups, giving a light chuckle. "They're like a romance novel." She told herself, shaking her head as she watched them play and flirt.[break][break]

While the two played on the route, biting at each other and bumping each other like they were in middle school, Natalia kept her eyes on the grass. None of it seemed to be moving too suspiciously. Her eyes also remained on the pools of water nearby. The last thing she wanted was her two pups getting soaked. While she knew Lilith enjoyed a little water, she didn't know how Lucifer felt about water, or baths, or anything just yet.[break][break]
As the two made their way into a tall bit of grass, an array of blue, purple, red, and pink rings came out and hit Lucifer. He was caught off guard by their light and found himself slumping to the ground in sleep. Something had just used a HYPNOSIS to put Lucifer asleep. Natalia and Lilith were immediately alert, looking around, and Lilith didn't waste any time in locating the Poliwag who'd put her teammate to sleep, BITEing down on his tail and quickly jerking him back and forth in a rage. It let out a WATER SPORT in panic, hitting the sleeping pup on the ground mostly because it was an easy target. Lilith released the Poliwag's tail enough to step forward and BITE down on the tail again, twisting her body, then slamming the Poliwag onto the ground next to Lucifer.[break][break]
Lucifer's eyes popped open, he was an EARLY BIRD anyway. He blinked and looked around, but what he noticed first and foremost was that he was very wet. With a low growl, he gave a low bark. Like she was commanded, but really he'd asked nicely, Lilith released the Poliwag and let it begin waddling away from them. Lucifer quickly faded out of sight, hitting the Poliwag in the back with a FEINT ATTACK to urge it not to return. It was sure to turn in a rage and let out one last WATER GUN on the male Houndour. Lucifer helped as he rolled backwards, ending up soaked and sitting up on his hind legs. He snorted to get the water out of his nose, pawing at his nose with his left paw. Lilith moved over after laughing at him, well what a Houndour would call laughing, before licking his face of the water while he rolled around on the ground in an attempt to get dry.[break][break]
Natalia was relieved that the battle didn't last as long as it could have. She took a seat with her two Houndours and pulled Lucifer into her lap, beginning to take out a towel, toweling him off and offering him a CANDY BAR for his efforts against the mean ol' poliwag. He happily ate and played with Lilith while Natalia dried him off.[break][break]

"Let's get moving, hm? See if we can't get a bit more training in." Once finished drying the pup off, Natalia stood and brushed herself off before starting down the route a bit more. The two, Lilith and Lucy, followed behind Natalia quickly. They pounced and bounced around the route, playing with each other. From sniffing around the ground to see if they could find something to munch on. Honestly, the two were well known for finding Natalia something to eat. She wasn't upset at all by their hunts.[break][break]
As they walked on, there was a screeching nearby. Natalia hadn't heard it, but her two pups did. She recognized those perked ears anywhere.[break]
"What'd you find?" She asked, which had Lilith letting a low whisper of a 'boof' bark out of her mouth. Lucifer, however, started off toward the mountain. Lilith quickly grabbed his tail to stop him. He let out a yelp, snapped at her, she snapped right back, and he flattened his ears in an apology. She accepted it with a snort before mumbling in strange little Houndour speak about how they needed to wait on the trainer's command and not just bound off by themselves.[break][break]
Natalia beamed. The two of them were so good for each other... if only they could get Poochyena to focus like that. Speaking of, the little ball of energy needed a name as well. Hm. She'd have to think on that. But first! Their noise. The two wouldn't let up, which meant it was a continuous noise, and possibly somebody calling for danger.[break]
"Let's not keep them waiting, c'mon."[break][break]
As they scaled the little bit of the mountain they needed to, Natalia could hear it as well. It was definitely the noise of a Pokemon, but it sounded... well, she was skeptical because it sounded very much like a rock Pokemon. She could only help it didn't attack them while they tried to help it.[break]
Getting closer, Natalia saw an Aron stuck between two rocks. It wasn't in pain, though. In fact, it was more annoyed that it couldn't dig beneath itself and get free. The two Houndours kept their distance, sure not to be hit by the MUD SLAP that was spraying a mixture of water and mud everywhere.[break][break]
"Well, he's not going to make it easy on us, now, is he?" Being that she wasn't familiar with the little Aron, she'd pulled her Pokedex out. It was a male Aron, ground and steel type, but not weak against her fire or dark type pups. She put her Pokedex back in her pocket before thinking it over. [break]
"What to do, what to do..." after a bit of thought, Natalia shrugged her shoulders and made her way over to the rocks that were holding the poor thing down. She waved toward her pups to go in front of the Aron. "Distract him a bit, hm?"[break][break]
With a complying bark, Lilith translated to Lucifer, who snorted. He couldn't believe they were helping this glorified dirt pup out of the situation he'd put himself in. Either way, orders were orders, so Lucifer followed Lilith to the front of the mud spewing Aron.[break]
Upon seeing a 'threat,' the Aron HARDENed itself against any attacks they might deal with. Lucifer snorted to stifle a laugh while Lilith bit at his feet to warn him to shape up. She then proceeded to explain the small situation to the Aron, who simply stared at the two as if gawking. The woman above him was trying to move the rocks and dig him out of his stuck position and they were there to distract him so he didn't get so scared. Sounded like a trap! They wanted to take him and make him one of their battle slaves, didn't they?![break]
Cue Lucifer's eyes rolling and Lilith's high-level patience showing itself. She explained again as Natalia reached about the halfway point of uncovering the Aron. The Aron was less defensive now, nodding and understanding. It was about that time that the heaviest of the boulders were moved and Natalia grunted as she moved both, allowing the little Aron his freedom.[break][break]
Letting out a sigh, the blonde Ranger wiped herself off before smiling at the Aron. She bent down and gave him a pat, which he allowed just to test the waters. Once she was done petting him, she kept her hands to herself, withdrawing them to her lap.[break]
"There you go, all free. Try not to dig up into an unstable environment next time, hm?"[break][break]
Aron looked to the Houndour in a plea to translate what his beautiful human blonde goddess had just said. Once Lilith did, Aron bounced up and down where he stood and then tried to explain to the goddess that he wanted to go with her, to prove he wasn't just a goof. He had to repay her for her services of freeing him![break][break]
Natalia looked curiously at the bouncing Aron before looking to Lilith, who moved over to her and nudged her belt with their Pokeballs on it. Now, she knew they both liked to be out of their Pokeballs more than in them, so that meant maybe this Aron wanted to come along? Natalia gave a smile at the Aron before nodding.[break]
"That's sweet! I could use a type advantage in my team. And you're another dual type, lucky me, hm?" She took out a spare Pokeball and bopped him on the head with it, giving a giggle. "What a cutie."[break][break]
Lucifer huffed before laying down and rolling onto his back. A very clear, 'gag me.'

As the Pokeball clicked, Natalia couldn't help her happy clap and grin over at her two Houndours. [break][break]
"Look at that! A new little friend to help us along. I wonder if he's able to take orders well..." She pondered that while sticking the Pokeball into her belt, looking into the rocks and picking up a few things she'd found there.[break][break]
Lucifer and Lilith began following their Ranger before jumping ahead of her. There was a Slowpoke in the road and they were cautious of its danger... not that it was moving very fast and would cause them or their trainer much harm. That fact was quickly solidified by the YAWN the Slowpoke let out. Both Houndours gave a yawn, right along with their Ranger, but to Natalia's surprise, her pups slumped over, the both of them, asleep.[break][break]
"Oh dear." Natalia pointed out, furrowing her brows. It was a good thing both of them hated sleeping. Her eyes moved to the Slowpoke who had gotten up on all fours and charged toward her Houndours.[break][break]
"H-hey!" Natalia quickly picked up both pups, moving them from their spots on the ground and dodging the TACKLE of the Slowpoke. "That's hardly even fair! Excuse you. Where are your manners, Slowpoke."

Did that woman just call her beautiful elegant self slow?? Oh, hell, no. With a snort, the Slowpoke was suddenly surrounded by an ominous energy, a CURSE coming from its body and really acting like more of a blessing to it than a curse.[break][break]
Lucifer woke first, a grunt leaving him as he wiggled to try and find his grounding. That was when Natalia bent down to place them both on the ground.[break][break]
"Feint Attack," she gave Lilith a small wiggle before setting her down while her pup came to. "Use Bite." She glared forward at the Slowpoke. "Take that thing out."[break][break]
It was a bit cutthroat for a Slowpoke, but it meant business. With a gurgle in its throat, it aimed a WATER GUN at both pups. Lucifer ran straight for it before dodging away from the spray and hitting the Slowpoke with a FEINT ATTACK. Lilith used the shock of Lucifer's blow to find her opening for a BITE on the Slowpoke's tail. She pulled back, knocking the pink thing off balance enough for Lucifer to hit it once more with a FEINT ATTACK. Feeling the creature fall limp, Lilith released it's tail and started toward Natalia with Lucifer.

"My beautiful hellhounds!" Natalia clapped her hands in victory before bending down and giving each a kiss on their muzzles. "Absolutely fantastic job you two, really good. Let's head home."[break][break]
