Houndour's mother had it rough. Because of breeding with a Poochyena instead of another Houndour, her pack attacked her, her lover, and her egg. The only thing to survive was the egg, which was found and picked up by a breeder. While Houndour has no idea any of that happened, she tends to favor dark moves over fire moves and has a liking to Poochyena's she can't explain herself.[break]
Houndour was gifted to Natalia by an old friend when she came to the region. Natalia has come to find that this Houndour is playful, energetic, fun, and enjoys howling and barking as much as she does battling and helping out fellow Pokemon- also, ironically, bath time? This bright and curious Houndour has found a special place in Natalia's heart. They are often found cuddling. Honestly, Natalia pampers the dear and she wouldn't have it any other way. Because Houndour is growing into a beautifully protective companion.[break][break]

Once a part of a small pack of Houndour within the Ice Path, this Houndour thought he was the shit. Alpha of the pack, on top of everything, and was slammed in his place by Natalia's female Houndour. Now he's trying his hardest to earn the seat of Alpha and it's taking a toll on him since she's clearly not going to let him take it with ease.[break]
Houndour's is a bit of a punk who likes to pretend he doesn't need all these other newbie pups but Natalia's female Houndour usually puts him back in line. It's not hard to see that this Houndour used to belong to a pack that clearly thought they were the best. What he's slowly learning, while developing alongside Natalia and her team, is that he's not the only one that he has to care about. Just like in his other pack, he wants to be the leader, but he's not sure that the female Houndour's going to let him...[break][break]

This Poochyena was found in the Burned Tower in Enju City. The small Poochyean got a taste for Houndour's embers and smogs, causing it to whimper away with a few burns. After taking the Pooch to the Pokemon center and healing it, Natalia quickly formed a motherly bond with the Poochyena and even Houndour treats her like as sister. Even if their first meeting was Houndour shoving her nose into Poochyena's rear end.[break]
She is quick on her feet, constantly chasing anything she thinks smells remotely okay or good, and tends to bite or chew on everything. She's got a toughness about her that quickly drains away with pain. Her tolerance for pain is not so much and she usually relies on her allies to act as a sort of tank for her, so that she doesn't end up in pain. Although she tends to have a more carefree spirit, she isn't nearly as wild as her Houndour sister and is constantly trying to get them out of the trouble Houndour seems to sniff out.[break][break]

[attr="class","ion-quote"]Vulpix is covered in white fur and was discovered on Mount Lanakila. Its breath can reach a temperature of 60 below zero, freezing anything it touches.

Natalia managed to snag this little cutie in the Safari Zone. She and Houndour were making their way along when the poor thing stumbled out and ended up on the wrong end of an angry Houndour. Natalia got the Vulpix when he was younger, which made him very hesitant about battling. Hopefully, he'll become quite the battle king as gratitude for helping him recover from his burns... that Houndour gave him, poor thing is terrified of the other canine.[break]
Although he started out hesitant, he's become stronger with the bond he's created with Natalia. He quickly learned how to battle with her other pups and has learned her commands well. From whistles to snaps, the Vulpix has learned commands well enough and even developed a better relationship with the very Houndour who had attacked him. Though, he does favor the female Houndour, Lilith, more than Lucifer. Aside from that, he's a very energetic and curious little Vulpix who enjoys the sun more than he probably should...[break][break]

Yet another Safari Zone discovery! Skrelp was an accident. A little snot of an accident, but an accident. Natalia and Houndour came across her while trying to get a drink. Skrelp doesn't remember much about her past aside from missing the Dhelmise she'd apparently been taken from. Though admittedly one day she'd been asleep next to her Dhelmise and the next she'd woke to completely new surroundings.[break]
Skrelp enjoys a good prank. From acting innocent and then suddenly attacking somebody to simply pretending to be kelp and scaring random Pokemon, the Skrelp loves a good time. Mostly, she enjoys watching others suffer. Yes, she's definitely a sadist. So battling has become more of a compition to see who can enjoy inflicting the most pain more than it has anything else.[break][break]
