Kevin has very few true friends, as his grandfather forces him to stay at home most days, permitting him to leave only when there is sufficient purpose or reason. However as Kevin nears the age of adulthood, he pushes against these constraints, earning the ire of his grandfather and many quarrelsome lectures.

So it is to be expected that Kevin should choose to indulge his more carnal desires when his hormones naturally compel him to. He shows little regard for any gender-based prejudices, but his attachment to others is weak, usually only built out of his lust-driven, wanton desires.

The closest Kevin has come to hating someone is his grandfather, who regularly keeps secrets from him, and orders him around like a dog. While Kevin does not actually hold contempt for his grandfather, there is a certain amount of distrust that has built up over time, especially considering the suspicious omission of his parents from his life. Naturally Kevin is curious, but his guardian is demonstrably tight-lipped and resolute.

Seeing as Kevin is finally getting out in the world, perhaps he'd be interested in having Antreas as a friend. It would be somewhat interesting seeing as compared to Kevin being kind of forced into a sheltered type of life in the past, it contrasts very heavily from how Antreas is very out and knowing of the world already despite the idea that most rich kids are just sheltered, spoiled sorts. So Antreas could perhaps act as somewhat of a guide even in times where Kevin perhaps needs to learn more about something if it ever comes up when they're interacting.

Definitely a viable relationship. I could see him arriving in Kogane/(Goldenrod) City and perhaps finding Antreas there? It just seems like the most likely place for a lot of pop culture scenes, and seeing as Antreas is a model by occupation, I can only assume the largest city in the region and the economic pinnacle would be their usual locale. At least while they're working (and I'm sure Kevin would love to see that) so let me know your thoughts on that, if you would please.

With the National Park nearby, I assume a Breeder would surely find living/visiting there of some benefit as well.

I bring this up because I'm not entirely sure where Antreas would most likely reside, but if Kogane works well, that helps because the best excuse for me to have Kevin leave Chouji Town is to run an errand in Kogane City for his Grandpa.

Kevin is one for new experiences so he'd definitely be game for a personal guide. I feel like the first thing he does whenever he arrives is look for the busiest, flashiest attractions, ~~probably tuning into the Radio Tower's broadcast on his PokeGear as he enters the city. Maybe a broadcast about an imminent modeling show...?~~

OH, RIGHT: There is the business with Sprout Tower's collapsing causing a Butterfree effect which prompted the Kogane power grid to come under technical difficulties. That'd also explain why he'd visit the Radio Tower too, since he'd probably wonder why the usual broadcasts were spotty even within the city limits.

[This would have them meeting up in the shadow of the Radio Tower most likely.]

If you want, we can move this conversation to DM's over Discord. Your call. I'll be on around 3-4pm tomorrow probably at the latest (currently 7am my time) to see where you'd like to go with this. I'm definitely trying to throw these two together in a thread though, so I hope you're okay with some of my spitballed intros.
