Just outside of Madatsubomi Tower was a young man. That doesn't sound like anything out of the ordinary as it was just any other person going about their business. However, this boy's behavior and appearance started to catch the attention of a handful of on lookers who were passing by. At first glance anyone could see that this person was wearing a dark cloak around his body with a red bandana surrounding his entire neck area. His head was full of black and purple locks that managed to stand up on their own with a pair of goggles decorating his eye area.
His appearance aside, what started to get the attention of a few bystanders was how the boy simply sat in front of the ruins of the tower. Well saying that he was simply sitting didn't describe it well enough. He was taking it as far as to use the seiza sitting position that one would only use if they were being formal about something. Why wouldn't he try to be polite when paying his respects? Even if he wasn't being very smart about it.

Tokyo made his way towards the Madatsubomi tower, figuring that it would be the perfect place for him and his Pokémon blaze to visit today. As Tokyo was hoping to get a chance to talk to some of the monks of the tower about their specific training methods and what they figured was the best way for one to become a strong trainer. Plus the fact that Tokyo knew it would be the perfect training ground for him and Blaze. As not only did the Tower offer Tokyo knowledge and information from the Monks as well as the other trainers that graced its presence. It could also allow for him to get more battle experience under his belt with Blaze that would not only help Tokyo but Blaze as well, as both of them where going to need to improve in strength and knowledge if they wanted to be strong. As Tokyo was sure today it would be many gathered around in the helping of the rebuild of the Tower since the fire had destroyed most of it.
Nearing the tower Tokyo would start to see a strange figure standing outside looking suspicious and gathering attention of sort, though this mattered not to Tokyo as he would still make his way up to the tower approaching the strange man as he did so, and the closer that Tokyo got to the weirdly dressed dude the more he would come to realizes that this man was none other than his fellow Virus member Yuki that he had just done a mission with not too long ago. Leading Tokyo to wonder as to maybe if Yuki was hear looking for him on Team Virus business, though Tokyo highly doubted that as he continued to walk past Yuki getting closer to the tower. As Tokyo decide to take a look at to what all was being done today as far as repairs. Tokyo being more then sure that he could possibly get time with some of the Monks today while they weren't working. Though he still wondered as to why Yuki was also here today. Looking back at his fellow team Virus member Yuki, Tokyo would begin to speak. "So what brings you out here to the Madatsubomi tower today Yuki, you plan on helping in the rebuilding?" Tokyo would ask though being more then sure that was not Yuki;s purpose of being here as he got a better look at the area around them.

The sound of his name being called made the boy turn his attention to the source. His gaze met the familiar sight of the same trainer who worked with him before. That being on a mission for Team Virus. At least Tokyo was one of the approachable members of the criminal organization. Other members he approached gave off the impression that they were unhinged or indecent human beings, to begin with.
"In a way." Yuki got up off the ground after giving the vague answer. He was going to give more detail, but only after his hands dusted his pants off of the dust on them. "I don't have any experience with construction so I'm going to contribute by handing any wild pokemon in the area." The job sounded simple, but only on paper.
There has been a number of accidents in the construction sight before. All of which were because of wild pokemon attacking. A number of these attacks lead to workers having to take a few weeks off, leaving the place short staffed. Somethings construction was out right delayed. The project will most likely be tossed to the sight if these continued like this.
The sound of a cry for help made Yuki turned around towards the construction site. His gaze met the sight of a balloon-like pokemon who was trying to life a worker into the air. No doubt trying to take him away for some reason. Poochyena brought himself out from his pokeball and started in a run after the ghost type. His dark canine was able to strike it's target seeing how it was distracted. The bite it gave the ghost caused it to retreat away from the tower.
