[attr="class","Vgentemptitle"]Hiwada Town's Gym
[attr="class","Vgentempdiv"]
Hiwada Town Gym isn’t what you would call a normal gym. It is mostly considered a relaxation area. From the moment trainers walk in they will be subjected to a large room filled with couches and massage chairs. From there, they can move to different areas of the Gym where they can find spas, beauty parlours, and even a massage parlour.
[break][break]
All the way towards the back of the gym is where a trainer may be able to find the Gym leader. He will be propped in a chair which will rest on his end of the battlefield. The stage at which the challenge will take place will be very standard, with raised platforms surrounding it for others to spectate if they so wished. The challenger and spectator may find a ridiculously absurd number of Slowpokes lingering around the bleachers, however.
[break][break]
All the challenger will need to do is wake the gym leader, and the battle can commence. [break][break]
There is no Prerequisite for challenging the Hiwada Town Gym. Just create a thread with the tag [GYM] on it and tag the Gym Leader. The Gym Leader will only take one Gym challenge at a time.
[break][break]
The main theme of the Hiwada Town Gym is to teach challengers how to remain calm under pressure. Through maintaining a relaxed state, the trainer will be able to master self-control and effective planning with their pokemon to achieve victory. Hence, the Gym leader will be performing a plethora of tasks with his pokemon to push the trainer to the very edge.
[break][break]
The trainer can choose between two modes of battle. The first is the normal mode, which features easy to normal difficulty. This is when the Gym leader and challenger only uses three pokemon. The battles are single 1v1’s, items are not allowed, and only the challenger can switch in their pokemon. The battle is over when all three pokemon of the Gym Leader’s or challenger's are defeated. To select the first mode, challengers may only need place the tag [NORMAL] into the title of their thread.
[break][break]
The second mode will be difficult mode, where the challenger must face all 6 of the Gym Leader’s pokemon. The battles are single 1v1’s, items are allowed, and the battle is over when the challenger defeats all six of the Gym Leader’s pokemon or loses all six of their own pokemon. To select the second mode, challengers may only need place the tag [DIFFICULT] into the title of their thread.
[break][break]
By defeating the Gym Leader, players will be able to earn the Relaxation Badge. [break][break]
