Good luck to you if you want to be friends with Ari. Her ice-cold persona is almost impossible to crack. She is by no means shy in letting you know exactly what she thinks of you, and it usually isn't anything nice. Furthermore, the fact that she's a frequent pickpocket and just generally causes mischief means that she hasn't exactly exhibited the most friendly behavior. However, underneath her tough-girl exterior is a giant softie. Once she is sufficiently close to someone, she is extremely protective to the point where it can be overbearing. Secretly, Ari is looking for a friend, a human being that she can just freely talk to without having to keep up the appearance of a delinquent. Aside from looking for close friends, Ari would also be open to a "partner in crime" of sorts that she can cause trouble with around the region, and perhaps even battle with from time to time in order to train her Pokemon.



Now these would probably be far more numerous than her friends. Ari has lived the majority of her life as a young petty criminal, initially doing so for the sake of survival, now more for the sake of causing mischief. Her and her Sneasel are frequent pickpockets, stealing people's valuables to make a quick buck reselling them on the black market. In the past, she's been hired by certain criminal organizations to do more "serious" work, but this has mostly involved sneaking into stores at night and stealing from them. This kind of behavior has made Ari a menance throughout Kogane. Because of this, she is most likely to butt heads with Rangers and do-gooders who want to stop her delinquency. Ari is also overall a rude person who doesn't want to be messed with, and isn't afraid to tell someone to screw off if they annoy her (which is true for most people.)



If there's one weakness that Ari has, it's cute girls. She's not looking for anyone at the moment, but that doesn't mean she won't develop a crush on someone who makes the effort to get close to her. Whoever seeks to be in a relationship with Ari would have to be almost her polar opposite - friendly and caring - in order to deal with her standoffish demeanor and desire to wreak havoc on the rest of the world. However, Ari wouldn't exactly make the best girlfriend. She can be cold even to those that she is close to, and it would take substantial effort to crack that ice. Deep down inside, she would like someone to be there for her. Aside from that, Ari would also be open to a friends-with-benefits/no strings attached type relationship, someone to just have fun and make trouble with whenever she's bored.
