[attr="class","joyless"]Narrowing his eyes at the arrival of a Pichu, Joy seem to lower her defensive posture a little more. Granted she knew how troublesome Pokemon could be, she was just glad it wasn't another human trying to steal this medicine off of her. Watching the little Pichu with scrutiny, it only made a cute little noise and canted its head. Placing a painted nail at her bottom lip, she pulled at it lightly before extending the digit in the direction of the cute Pokemon.

"Murder it, Splendid." she coldly commanded. Without really waiting for any other instruction, the Eevee swept forward in a quick attack as it landed his shoulder right in the kisser of that little Pichu. Realing back and falling on its little rump, the Pichu gave a little squeal of hurt at the intense attack. Lying there with little sad tears coming out, Splendid haltered in his attack as he looked back over his shoulder back at Joy's expectant face. A hand placed on her hip as she watched the little Pokemon sniffle and watch Splendid with wide eyes.




"Splendid." she tapped her hip with a painted nail, waiting as the Eevee only seemed to wince internally at the command. He really REALLY kind of felt bad for picking on this little Pokemon, but what his trainer said goes. He'll just be a little kinder in his attacks. Turning his attention back towards the Pichu, he just found a large yellow ball of lightning hit him in the face. The edges of his fur spiking up from the electricity coursing through his body. Shaking the odd feeling, he rushed forward and hit the Pichu with a Covet. Causing the Pokemon to fall back unconscious from the attack. Blinking once and then twice, he looked back towards Joy waiting for approval of his actions.




Nodding her head at Splendid, she took a step forward and continued on her way. A hand holding protectively at the bag as she continued at a quick pace.

[attr="class","joyless"]Coming upon the last curve of the path, her eyes set onto the city of Kugane. Pulling out her phone, she began to quickly tap on the screen to notify her sister that she was arriving at the Pokemon Center soon with the bag of medicine. As her eyes were distracted with getting the message out, a curious little Elekid decided to peek its head around a rock. Making eye contact with Splendid, the Eevee stuck his tail up as he challenged the Elekid to even try something. Seeing the challenge the Elekid came forward and set out a thunder shock at the Eevee. Taking a step forward the Eevee was hit by the electric attack, the edges of his fur sticking out. Narrowing his eyes, he steps forward in a cute manner as he bats his eyelashes at the Elekid. Coming close enough to make contact with the Elekid, seeming to push it back in a damaging way.



Blinking at the sudden frisking motion from the Eevee, it gave a grunt as it held its arms up. Walking forward to send a punch surrounding in electricity at Eevee's face. With that coming into contact, the Eevee falls back and shakes his head. Batting his eyes once more as he slowly approached the Elekid. Seeming to confuse the Elekid with such behavior, he came close enough to frisk the Electric type once more.



Then before he can even try to do anything, Eevee launched forward viciously in a quick attack. Hitting it square in the face as it fell backwards with a yelp and then just lay there hoping that the Eevee wouldn't pick on it anymore. Flicking his tail up all happy with himself, he pranced back towards his trainer who didn't seem to really pay much mind to the small little battle. As she finished her electronic update she gave Splendid a small smile and a flick of her head towards the city. "Come on, just a little further and we'll be there."

[attr="class","joyless"]On the vigilant hunt for any troublesome Pokemon, Splendid was hopping high and low to make sure nothing came out as a surprise. Walking at a very casual pace, Joy kept her eyes on her phone as she continued on down the path. Texting her sister to see how things were doing at the Center, as another text came in. She looked down at Splendid and flicked her chin towards the city. "Let's pick up the pace."

As they began to start running forward with more speed in their step, Joy's foot caught on something and she came tumbling down at the ground. Her hand slipping and the case skidding off towards the side. Holding onto her leg, she gave a wince as her eyes narrowed to look for the lost case. The light hum of something floating near by catching her attention. Seeing that a Magnemite might have caused her fall, she started crawling towards the case only to see the Pokemon float towards it. "Splendid!"

At the call of his master, the Pokemon launched forward to try and take a bite of the Magnemite. Falling slightly towards the ground and turning around, it sent a flash of light to sparkle Splendid's world. Stumbling for a moment, it wobbled in place as the word began to spin and turn all sorts of funny colours around him. Taking a wobbly step forward and then another step back, Joy took their distraction to quickly crawl to the case and pick it up. Pushing herself up to stand as she held onto it tightly.



"Sixty degrees right, thirty degrees up." she called out. Catching the words, Splendid took a moment to adjust it's position and rushed forward to take another Bite at what he hoped would be the Magnemite. As his sharp teeth make contact with the Pokemon, he pulled away to only get hit from the side by the Pokemon in retaliation. He wobbled once more.




"Five degree left, twenty-two degree up."she called out once more. The Eevee didn't seem to stumble too much this time as it launched forward to make contact with the Pokemon, a screeching hum emitting from the Magnemite. Rolling on the ground in pain, Splendid took the time to readjust himself and slowly shake himself out of his confusion. Eyes centering on the form pulling itself up into the air once last time, a bolt of lightning hitting the Eevee square in the chest.




Letting a cry as it was struck, Splendid didn't allow that attack to deter himself as he rushed in for a final blow in a quick attack. Ramming his shoulder into the Magnemite, the steel pokemon fell onto the side of the path out of reach. Seeing that he had wont he fight, he looked towards Joy for approval. Her arm instantly wrapping around his body to pick him up, offering him a smile and a smooch on the cheek.



"My hero." her words drawn out in a mild tone, but slightly amused. "Let's get this medicine to the clinic."
