Being suited up and ready for a mission that he and a partner would have to complete. He hasn’t been in uniform in lord knows how long, though honestly this new uniform was a tad odd for him. Though at the very least it was sleek enough that he could wear his usual suit over it. It definitely would be interesting to try out its features. He’d be lying if he said that he wasn’t curious to try it out himself, and he would prefer to know just how it worked on people besides man… woman? It had hit during the demonstration. He had used some old contacts in order to get his hands on a van to shove the man inside to later so he had texted his partner to arrive at their destination without him. He didn’t know much about his partner outside their name ‘Yuki Hayakawa’ and from rumor it would be quite hard to miss his purple hair. So now with the van parked in a non-conspicuous place he exited the car taking out his cigarette and just leaning against the room of the van. He sent a message over to the other Virus member about him just being the smoking man with a gray van. Hopefully his partner wouldn’t’ gain cold feet when it came to the mission. What was it that he was expecting? It's a question that's been on his mind ever since the meeting occurred at Virus's base. He knew that accepting the invitation wasn't a smart move at the time. He knew nothing about what he was accepting and what he would be expected to do. Maybe he thought it would be like a silly club for trainers? A club where they hang out and do dangerous activities that others wouldn't think about doing at risk of their own safety?
Honestly, how naive has he gotten in these short few years? It was almost shocking how comfortable he has gotten after moving away from that cursed desert only to be slapped in the face with a wake up call from reality. Yuki took a quick look at his phone to see the message that popped on it before putting it away for later use. It seems his partner for this mission took the initiative to get them started. He'll have to thank him for that later after apologizing for taking so long.
The younger of the two took a turn into the alley that was texted to him. His foots steps would allow his presence to be known so Ethan could turn to see him. His purple and black hair that stood up with a part of it swept to the side would be a dead give away to his identity. "Judging by the gray van and smoke I can assume your Ethan right?" He raised his goggles over his head and pulled down his bandanna, taking a breath of fresh air. "I'm Yuki. I'm sorry if I kept you waiting for a while." He gave the man a polite bow at the apology.

Ethan knew he said for the other to get here before him because as it was he had to make preparations, unless the other member had something of their own planned? Well he could only hope, as Ethan did have a few ideas of his own, though if he was being honest with himself his ideas were odd to put it simply. It was probably a good thing that Yuki had his goggles raised up at the moment. This allowed Ethan to see Yuki's eyes blink continuously as he staired back and forth from the dress to him. Yuki was already briefed on what the mission had entitled before arriving in the city. There was still a bit of hesitation in him, but not nearly as much as there would have been if he didn't have experience with committing crimes like this before.
He also took a mental know about their target's love of kimono girls during the briefing like his partner did. This lead him to believing that he would also be partnering with a woman for this mission. He thought that she would lead their target to a secure location with her charms in order to capture him without much trouble. He couldn't believe how wrong he was.
It must have have been a solid minute of silence before a soft sigh was heard from the shorter of the two men. "Alright. I'll do it, but under one condition." He paused for a moment as he turned his head up to look at Ethan with a sharp gaze. "You'll have to come with me to act as a manager or something along those lines to represent me."
His goggles and bandana found themselves next to the dress after being removed from his head. "I don't trust that I could charm him into removing himself from the public eye in order for us to subdue him and his guards." Yuki started flattening his hair while telling Ethan this.
