Eli is a rather... unique individual. The most obvious way is through his appearance. There is nothing about his looks that look normal. from the odd clothing, the tattooed covered flesh, the dark eyes, the interesting hair cut. He is all around a complete oddity. But there is much more to Eli than his appearance... Brave enough to find out what makes Eli so...unique?

FRIENDS

As the owner of his own tattoo shop there are many who like to consider themselves friends with this unique individual. Though to him it is primarily just business. Most people in public are afraid of Eli, or like to call him things like monster, freak, and accusing him of him a thug or criminal and even the occasional accusation of being a part of some carnival. These things usually tend to get Eli in trouble since he is quite the prankster. So when he notices someone is uncomfortable around him you get two options... One, he will ignore you, two he will mess with you until you either lighten up or run away. If you are actually friendly to Eli, that's entirely different. Eli tends to shut down when someone is kind to him outside of his shop. Usually responding in a soft smile before walking away without saying a word. With these things being said becoming a friend to Eli is pretty difficult. But if you manage at such a task, you will have a very loyal and caring friend. Along with many laughs, scares, and some problems coming your way. How fun...[break][break]

You can either be someone who comes to get some tattoos in Eli's shop, Or someone who is simply friendly with Eli and who spooks you away. Are you a prankster who is up to the challenge? Or maybe you are super serious but see some hidden potential in Eli? do opposites attract?

LOVERS

Love is something Eli stays far away from. Eli has a lot of problems, some say he is psychotic. Either way even he knows relationships are a bad idea for someone who is in love with the idea of death.[break][break]

The most obvious options to me here are either someone falling for eli and being pushed away by him, or someone able to actually get Eli to take the risk and end up seeing the darker side of Eli, what happens then would be dependant on you. Either it would be too much to handle and they'd get out [smart] They join him in the darkness [edgy] Or they try to fix him [good luck]

ENEMIES

Eli has many of these. People he has scared, people who think he has a problem, some of the doctors who have worked on him, along with many people from his past. Eli doesn't frown upon having enemies, he relishes the idea. He likes to mess with people and get under their skin. If he is able to do so enough to become an 'enemy' of someone's then that opens the doors to many more options.

Would love to have some people who are either freaked out by Eli or simply have a bad experience with him and have some fun with them. Whether they are just scared of him and try to run away, or think he's a nuisance and want to put him in his place or anywhere in between. All options sound fun!

Alright so he's obviously attractive and that would be what Leon first notices about him. What, he's got a soft spot for tattoos okay? Okay, moving on.
I'm noticing that if people are nice to him he shies away, which is totally fine. Because if anything, Leon and him could be at the mall in Kogane(Goldenrod) City at the same time and end up bumping into each other literally which makes Leon drop his food or spill something on his jeans or something. Leon'd immediately be like, 'WHAT THE SHIT' but he wouldn't even care that Eli had tattoos or was intimidating because he's really only intimidated by feelings, not people. Maybe Eli picks some fun and then Leon would laugh and sarcastically comment back, and then they might actually become friends I don't even know man. I just think that Leon would maybe be the type of guy that Eli wouldn't totally shun at first since Leon's a little bit of a snarky sassy little asshole... who knows. WHO KNOWS.

[attr="class","oliwords"] underneath all the crisp, clean clothes of olimpio is a body covered in tattoos, with a collection continuing to grow as the days pass by. so if you find some weirdly, well dressed guy appear in your shop who doesn't say a word but check out your stuff, then that's most likely oli. he's a very particular guy who checks out tattoo artists before he even attempts to invest in them, cause those tattoos are permanent, ya know. might even upfront ask for past tattoo art that has been done to get a good idea of eli's capabilities.[break][break]

he's not exactly an unfriendly guy, he's just....not very talkative or easy on the social cues, but he's perceptive enough to know that eli isn't a bad guy. he's lived and breathed with bad guys, he knows a person who just likes a lot of tattoo art from a thug. you don't wanna try pissing oli off tho, he's not a guy you wanna relish in making your enemy. anything that he finds remotely irritating can wind up with you pressed up against a wall, choking on your words. on a good day.

I could Totally see this being something happening. Although to be honest Eli's 'pranks' are more on the crazy/ creepy side. So it would be more like Leon bumping into Eli then Eli giving him a creepy death glare and maybe whispering in a low voice. "Do you want to die?" just to creep him out and get him to piss himself a little for bumping into him. The thought of Leon being nice to him after that would def. be enough for Eli to simply shun him and try to get away from him. And depending on Leon's personality it might be fun for Leon to try to be friendly every time he sees Eli and Eli simply responds by trying to either walk away or creep him out more until either one of them breaks. haha [break][break][break]

ELI & OLIMPIO

I love it, I could see a kind of 'unspoken bromance' between these two. Like neither one of them really say anything meaningful to each other but they get each other to a certain degree. They understand that everyone has their secrets and those don't need to be talked about. Maybe Olimpio could be in the shop just checking things out when someone comes in causing a scene and making some trouble and either A. Eli reacts and Olimpio approves of how he handles things, or B. They both react at the same time and afterwords kind of nod at each other in an unspoken approval. Thoughts? Also Noticed in your cellphone thread you were looking for a breeder, dunno if you found one yet but Eli could be your guy.

Oh man. Oh yes please scare the shit out of Leon I'd love to see him react to fear with immediate need to be friends. Because, who doesn't do that???
Even though Leon's a pretty average guy on the outside, he is shallow and selfish on the inside and typically tends to lean more towards the self-deprecating side of things. So I think that if these two really got deep into a friendship there could be some interesting developments here. I'd be willing to thread them either duo wild or social, honestly. I don't mind. You can let me know here, or Discord(phix).
