It’s been awhile since he’s taken over this body and he felt he was starting to get the hang of things. Sure there were many issues that still needed to be worked on such as his time limit he could spend away from the body before the boy’s mind came back, but baby steps for now. Gawain had taken years to train his body properly to become a knight during his time, and he didn’t mind playing the waiting game here as well. For now he would continue training to not only make himself stronger, but also strengthen his mind so keep the kid’s spirit down for good. [break][break]

Though at the moment it was time to test his body. He walked beside the edge of the lake, with the tip of his blade running through the water to see what pokemon he could find. Maybe if he were lucky he might find someone that could be used as a general for later. If not well, Gawain had no problems with chopping up some pokemon to make himself stronger. He smiled at the thought of it, and wondered he if could also feed off the life force of other pokemon and not just humans. Oh there were so many things that could be done!

Gawain continued tracing his sword in the water as he walked along the side of the lake waiting for something to take the bait. He noticed the ripples in the water slowly coming toward him which just made the ghost smile. Did this large fish think he was hiding itself well? As if, but it was fine, Gawain would play this game for now as he pretended to not notice the other. Any sign that he did pick up on the fish was just his fist tightening around his actual body before Gawain felt a harsh tug which just made him smile. [break][break]

It seems that the water pokemon had tried to draw the human in by grabbing the blade to pull him in. Though thanks to his already tight grip Gawain knew he wasn’t going to lose this battle as he took a step back pulling the sword back with him causing the Magikarp to fly up in the air. “Not good enough,” he chuckled as he used his host body to jump up and use a Furry Cutter against the fish. Though what he didn’t expect was the Magikarp unique way using his Splash and use his tail and his naturally hard skin to defend himself. Interesting![break][break]

Gawain landed on the ground with a grunt, and a widening smile as the Magikarp fell to the ground, bounding some with his body before bouncing back into the water. “Oh no you don’t,” Gawain chuckled before removing himself from his host to Tackle the Magikarp underwater, but his assault wasn’t done there. After the tackle Gawain wrapped his blue sash around the fish pokemon as he began to feed on the pokemon’s life force, oh it tasted good. [break][break]

=Feel that?= the ghost pokemon questioned ignoring the Magikarp’s struggle, =Don’t think you’ll last too long, but I’m a merciful ghost= he continued feeling Magikarp’s struggling becoming weaker. =Join me and you can live, join me and you can become strong= [break][break]

There was little hesitation before the karp pokemon agreed to the terms before the ghost pulled them out of the water letting go of his new partner as he attached himself to his human host. Gawain pulled out a pokeball and tossed it at the other in an attempt to catch the other. His steel body prepared to kill if the Magikarp would go back on its word.
