A little further down the slope, the sound of what sounded like a lumberjack chopping down trees soon drowned out all other natural sound of the peaceful and tranquil Route. Pikachu ran on ahead to find the source of this sound only to come face to face with a very large, armored, and tree destroying Rhydon. The Drill Pokémon turned to face the little mouse and bestowed upon him a 'sinister' type of grin—mighty and powerful horn drilling to reflect on what it intended to do to the little Electric type. Pikachu however wasn't afraid, in the face of a real danger he stood tall and ready to fight; eyes squinted with electric sacs discharging to further show his unparalleled bravado. However, before any real battling between the two could happen, a green blur appeared and sliced the armored body of the Rhydon fifteen times in only a matter of a second. The brutal slices inflected major super effective damage—causing the heavy and hostile beast to stagger back with deep cuts in the armor of the beast. Directly in front of Pikachu lands Sceptile, on one knee, eyes closed, with wrists blade flared outward; primed and ready to chop the wild monster down to size if it wished to continue this now pointless and futile fight.

"Bro, Rhydon woulda' fucked you up." Chancelor says to Pikachu, finally catching up and witnessing the armored beast regain lost footing only to eye down the readied Sceptile. "This is gonna' be painful to watch..." Chance shakes his head, Rhydon shooting massive stones at Sceptile with Sceptile using raw instinct and insane speed to dodge the attacks while getting closer. Once within range, more cuts from a Leaf Blade dance all across the armored shell of Rhydon—cuts so deep they begin to graze protected flesh. Now behind the gargantuan Drill Pokémon, Sceptile plans on ending the fight before this punishment draws on any longer. Slamming both hands into the ground an pumping a surge of natural energy into the soil, lush green leaves begin to conjure and form above the head of the wild Pokémon before raining down upon it and twisting around it in an massive 'isolated' type of storm. This 'storm' raged on until Rhyon toppled forward—disrupting the twister with pointed and extremely sharp leaves sticking out of the deep gashes within the armor caused by well placed and perfectly executed Leaf Blades. "That's all she wrote," showing absolutely no pity for a bully of a Rhydon. The trio continue onward with Pikachu looking back at the unconscious beast, flipping it a short and chubby middle finger before catching up with the others.

A little further down the beaten path, Sceptile encountered a Wild Dugtrio. The Forest Pokémon continues forward, on all fours, approaching with the utmost amount of caution. Three sets of eyes were fixed upon the agile Grass type, the 'leading' head began moving side to side while the other two begin bobbing up and down. "We good to pass or nah?" Chance asked with a titled head, allowing Sceptile to handle the situation lest the human does something to anger the Pokémon thus resorting to the situation being solved with violence. The Forest Pokémon takes another step forward, speaking in the tongue of Pokémon—merely attempting to pass without the need to resort to senseless violence. However, that final step forward caused the triple-headed Pokémon to attack—each head spitting out an intense energy of a different element that twisted around one another while heading in the direction of Sceptile. He easily evades the attack with a very acrobatic roll to the side, once rolled, he gets up and rockets at the attacking Pokémon; wrists blades glowing and growing with intense green energy. Approaching like the green blur that he was, Sceptile attacks Dugtrio, but Dugtrio retreats underground to protect itself against the attack.

"Of course we can't 'just pass'..." Chance says, heading shaking while Pikachu cheered on Sceptile from the sidelines with cute little shouts of encouragement. Dugtrio arises a few meters in front of Sceptile, a ball of earth energy conjuring above all three heads—this ball of earth started small before steadily growing in size until it was roughly the same size of a giant slab of earth lifted directly from the earth itself. Sceptile takes this chance to attack again, movements even faster from before as lean muscles in the leg work in overdrive. He readies another Leaf Blade as the massive slab of conjured earth is suddenly flung in his direction—the attack so big he could hardly see anything in front of him other than the huge object hurling in his direction. The Forest Pokémon leaps at the massive slab, leaf blade slicing through the center in which he erupts from the otherside, landing directly on top of the Dugtrio and slicing at them too. When the created slab of land dissipates, on the other side is a defeated Dugtrio with Sceptile standing over the defeated Pokémon—bladed wrists shrinking back down to size.

"Y'all hear that...?" The thunderous boom of 'something' grunting could be heard deeper within the trees—whatever manner of beast caused these booms made the bird Pokémon flee for their safety; the skies now covered with frantic birds chirping and flying off into the distance. Sceptile dove past the trees, running on all fours to search for the source of such disturbances. Chance and Pikachu followed closely behind the much faster Grass type, so, after a couple of minutes of traversing the littered ground at the best of their given abilities, the duo came to an wild open field; a field barring of all greenery as if a giant sod cutter had been to work. "Goddamn..." The teenager whispers, eyes glued to the back of a large beast, the source of all the grunting—a beast that appeared to simply be lazying around and doing absolutely nothing. Sceptile continues onward, cautious with Chance and Pikachu following closely in the steps of the sneaky Grass Type.

That was when the party gets in front of the Pokémon. The Lazy Pokémon simply looks at them, ejects a steady stream of steam from flared nostrils, then scratches its backside in the laziest manner any of them have ever seen. "This boy chillin'," Chance can't help but chuckle at the sight, "I feel it. Though this explains the barren ass field, Slaking's love grass and tend to bitch and moan when there is no more food around for they lazy asses to eat." Pikachu cocks his head to one side, leaping off the shoulder of Chance and rushing over to the side of the wild Slaking. Both Pokémon look at one another with the very lazy Pokémon beginning to pick his nose shamelessly—the big boy diggin' for gold something vicious with a sausage sized little finger. Pikachu grimaces at the sight only to leap on the giant Pokémon only to scale his huge and muscular arm; Slaking didn't mind this action, in fact, he hardly noticed the little Pokémon to begin with.

"I get it, tho'. Sometimes I just wanna lazy around in bed and enjoy a snack or two." Chance takes off his traveling backpack, drops it to the ground, takes a knee, and begins to dig in the biggest pouch of the traveling backpack. After a moment the Fighter pulls out a big and unopened bag of spicy chips—his personal favorite chips; a bag of chips he has to get imported halfway across the world just so he can enjoy. He opens the bag, the bag making a very distinct and recognizable sound to those that have ever indulged in a bag of chips before. The Wild Slaking heard this opening of the bag and used only a small amount of all the stored energy within his body to turn on one side and extend a massive log sized arm out that seemed to almost unroll across the empty field and stop at the feet of the youngest McQueen. "You lucky I like you, Boss. Otherwise you wouldn't be gettin' these joints form me. Be careful when you eatin' these, they hot as hell." Chance then drops the open bag in the giant palm of the titan. Slaking proceeds to toss the whole bag in his mouth and chew happily away at the chips in question. Pikachu, now jumping on the belly of the beast enjoyed how bouncy and squishy the front of the beast was—using the tummy of Slaking as if it were some kind of trampoline or bouncy house.

The Lazy Pokémon swallows one good time and smiles, unfazed by the hotness of the chip. "Damn, alright, you got it, Big Pimpin'." Chance mock bows in the presence of the 'superior' beast, Pikachu doing a stylish flip off the belly of the monster only to land on the shoulder of the human. "We outta' here, tho'. Don't starve yourself because you're too lazy to move now, M'Guy. Getcha' ass up and go to the next field over." With those final words being given, the party begins to take their leave. However, from behind them, they could hear the mighty beast standing up, and walking behind them; stopping when they stop and walking when they walk. Chance turns around with a cocked brow, the wild Slaking still looking as lazy as ever. "The fuck do I look like, Boss? A soup kitchen?" Slaking nonchalantly shrugs, getting back into a lounging position while still looking at the party until they decide to move again. "If you come with me you gonna' need to pull your weight, Bro. We just don't do handouts, alright?" Again, the Lazy Pokémon shrugs, hand scratching the backside again. Shaking his head, Chancelor takes out a vacant GreatBall and proceeds to capture the gluttonous beast.
