[googlefont=Roboto Condensed] Upon arriving in Johto the medium had found herself without her usual clientele. Back in Kanto the Zu Hino name was the brand name for anything involving the spiritual realm and as such Sable had been up to her ears in work. In fact, it sometimes came in so often she found herself drowning in jobs and wishing for a break. A break is what she got in this region, so much so that she was running short on funds. In desperation she had taken to online community message boards in search of any sort of exorcist type jobs. She had found something lucrative within the city of Tanba and being short on funds had taken it. The job listing was brief - "I swear the stop sign is staring at me. Do something about it." That had to have something to do with a ghost pokemon or stuck spirit, right? Taking the listing she was given the location of the supposedly haunted stop sign and had arrived rather early in the morning to deal with it. The last thing she wanted was to deal with a crowd watching her work her magic... Or see her talking to a stop sign. Standing before the sign her sixth sense tingled and the Sableye by her side would float up to the red hexagon and poke at it. "Come on out, we know you're in there." Sable said plainly, crossing her arms and staring accusingly at the sign. "Don't make this hard on yourself.."

♦♦♦♦ ♦♦♦♦ Mirai had been staying in Tanba for a few days now for the Contest season. As much as she enjoyed the festivities happening throughout the day, mingling with the crowds day in and day out would get quite exhausting at some point. If she was in the mood for a more leisurely stroll around town, getting up before sunrise was best. The early morning breeze was cool and refreshing. It smelled like the ocean as Tanba was close to the sea. Mirai normally took these walks alone as she would rather let her Pokemon get their sleep than wake them for her little whims. Few people were up and about at this time. Most were busy with their preparations for the coming day and so stuck to their own stores or homes. The streets were thus mostly empty. It wasn't difficult then to spot the lone girl standing in front of a stop sign up ahead in the street where she was walking. There was no one else around so Mirai felt it would be a little awkward to just pass by without saying anything so she went for a simple greeting. "Good morning."As she drew closer, Mirai realized that the girl wasn't really alone. She had a Pokemon with her that was floating next to the stop sign. It was a Sableye and it was the first time she had seen one in person since arriving in the region. Both trainer and Pokemon seemed to be looking at the sign rather intently. "...Is there something wrong with the stop sign?"Sable Zu Hino

[googlefont=Roboto Condensed] Whatever had chosen to haunt the stop sign was being stubborn on so many levels and neither her prodding nor Zobiris' close proximity seemed to make it want to budge. Normally ghost types would find themselves defeated by simply being called out on their trickery, leaving the object they had chosen to posses and find a new one. After all, what fun would it be to be in a place someone knew was possessed?Sable felt herself scowling at the reluctance of whatever was in there and when it seemed a stranger approached with a cheerful greeting she only managed a curt reply, "Morn'," With the hope that whomever was walking by would carry on and leave her to her work. When it became abundantly clear that the only other person on the street that morning was stopping and taking interest in her work Sable inhaled deeply, trying to exhale her frustration at the situation. It would be quite improper to start her career in the Johto region by making a name as being the rude and unfriendly exorcist. Turning towards Mihari she plastered a rather cartoonishly large grin on her face, all of her rather sharp teeth showing as she did so."That there is." Sable said with a nod, pointing her thumb towards the seemingly normal sign. "Let me show you."
Turning Sable muttered something under her breathe, a dark and long forgotten language. It was a simple spell, of sorts, passed down through the Zu Hino family line. The words she said were simply an ancient riddle spoken in an old dialect that trainers had once shared with ghost types. It seemed as if humans had forgotten the words but ghost types had not. No ghost type would dare pass up the chance to answer the riddle, especially spoken in a tongue heard by few humans. In the exorcist business Sable would sell this particular trick up as an actual revealing or summoning spell, depending on the client and audience. For now she was content to see her riddle working as two large eyes would emerge along the face of the stop sign and peer curiously down at Sable and Mirai."A ghost type is haunting this sign and bothering the citizens. And it's been pretty damned stubborn about leaving." Sable explained to Mirai. ZOBIRIS- FEMALE - LEVEL 007 - KEEN EYELeer - Shadow Claw - Power Gem - Confuse Ray MADE BY NOVA

♦♦♦♦ ♦♦♦♦ The strange girl explained her situation clearly enough. Although Mirai wasn't really sure how haunting a stop sign caused trouble for anyone. But she wasn't the expert on this subject. The girl seemed to know what she was doing in any case as something did begin to emerge from the sign. "That's very kind of you. Part of me thinks the ghost might have its own circumstances, but if it's really being a bother to everyone then I suppose it can't be helped."It didn't register with Mirai that the girl was out there doing this as a job. Her first thought was that she was just doing a good deed for the neighborhood. She wondered if she was a local. "Does this happen often around here? I'm new in town and just came here for the Contest. I suppose wherever you go, Ghost Pokemon will be mischievous."And Mirai was definitely no stranger to Ghost Pokemon being naughty, remembering a certain member of her team. Sable Zu Hino
