Always Remember To Smile Man! What a day!
The throttle of the motorbike was strained as the white-haired male on the back of it let loose an enthused howl of joy. The trainer was going above any speed limit the road might have had, narrowly avoiding people and Pokemon and even going as far as to purposefully make a puddle at the side of the road splash on a growlithe that was minding its own business on a street corner.
“Man, this is just like old times!” Drew chuckled to himself with childish delight, the last time he had caused this much trouble he had been fresh out of Black City and stirring up trouble in Virbank. What had he done to get so riled up? What began as him stealing a burger from a fast food joint turned into him being a complete menace. Not only did he take his food without paying but he had quickly made a habit of disturbing peace-loving citizens.
Oh yes he was pulling all of the stops out today. Not only did he commit theft, but he even went ahead and played extremely obnoxious music through the radio attached to his backpack. Could anyone stop this madman? With a bag full of fries in his lap probably not.
Just as he turned a corner his bike going full speed he noticed a figure in the road and hit his breaks making his bike ‘skrreee’, a trail of smoke following as he stopped. Eventually, he would find himself facing down a stranger as he sighed in relief, “Woo, that was close. You alright there bud?”

[attr="class","therivmid"] [attr="class","therivmid1"] For Jenna, it was just another day.[break][break] As the Ranger wheeled her bicycle from one street to another, the girl had a wide assortment of camping bags and packs that were tightly laced to her bike; held together with a colorful arrangement of bungee cords and hooks. The cargo rack that rested over the rear wheel was almost overflowing with her equipment. Any possible accessory that one could equip to a bike to carry their things had been bought and latched to the frame that Jenna pushed.[break][break] She had finally restocked her supplies. A cooler was filled to the brim with cold drinks and perishables. A compression bag was stuffed with all sorts of snacks and foods that would not need to be kept cold. The hole in her sleeping bag had been closed. She had finished her laundry. There was a new spare tire for her bike. Everything that anyone could ever think to do had been done... pardoning one last objective. “Just need to get a new first-aid kit.” The last route she had traveled was wrought with injured trainers, which had drained up any medical supplies she had left to spare.[break][break] Jenna always prided herself on being practical.[break][break] The Ranger was as busy as a Combee, balancing several lists of chores in her wind. When she was in civilization, it was the only chance she had to get organized. She could be away from cities for days, weeks. It was vital to be prepared. Maybe that was why she didn't pay attention to the shift in the air; the distant sound of loud music was growing closer and closer.[break][break] But she couldn't ignore the sound of brakes squealing across the blacktop.[break][break] Jenna froze. The onset of adrenaline would have meant nothing. There was no time to move or breathe. Caught as if she were a Deerling in the headlights, she had clenched her eyes shut and prayed that the impact would be fast–but it never came.[break][break] She opened her eyes, releasing all the air she had been holding in her lungs; recognizing that she had not been ran over. The guy on the bike had dismounted, asking if she was fine. Jenna took another breath, leaned against her bike, and had to recompose herself. “As peachy as a Pecha berry,” but a hand was clutching her chest and her voice was several pitches higher than it normally would have been. Her mouth had gone dry. Choking on words, she released another low breath, finally remembering how to breathe. After that, everything snapped back into place. She caught her bearings.[break][break] “Oh jeez, that was too close.” Her heart was thumping in her chest as fast as it could go. “I'm fine.
