To be honest...if you meet Vivian, you probably won't like her. And, more than likely, she's okay with that. She's arrogant, slightly aggressive, and just all around, a jerk face. She's rude, often displaying a general disinterest in most others, especially if she deems them as 'weak' - which otherwise equals a 'waste of time' to her. She possesses a certain love of generally pissing people off with either her sarcasm or insouciant attitude too! She herself is sorta..angry? More like, she won't hesitate to threaten to punch you and follow through with it, regardless of who you are. Really though, Vivian tries to contain her explosive temper. Sorta.[break][break]

This follows through even when it comes to battling. If you're strong, she'll want to battle you. It could be your mom, it could be your baby brother - hell, it could be the champion themselves, and she'd still take the opportunity to challenge them. Why? Because she's an arrogant jerk face. And she believes that, even through loss, it'll help her become stronger so she won't lose again. She has a tendency to push herself to her very limit - and even beyond, with a dauntless courage that makes her seem very...stupid sometimes. Really, never ask her what her idea of 'fun' is, least you be prepared to lose an eye or something. [break][break]

When not giving you the cold shoulder, threatening to beat you within an inch of your life, or just being a dick all around, she's usually pretty chill. In a grumpy sort of way. She's...not that bad once you get to know her. It's just, it takes a lot of patience to get to know her. Like any tsundere, deep down, Vivian wants friends. She wants to laugh and smile instead of sneering or berating others - she wants to not automatically assume a friendship means they want something from her. She wants to get in touch with that softer side she locked up years ago...but, she's unsure how to. And that pisses her off. And she usually ends up shoving others away. Her partner pokemon, Astaroth, knows this, which is why the cuddly pokemon often drags her into situations or attempts to force others to be friends with her help her make friends.[break][break]

Speaking of which, her pokemon don't receive any special treatment from her either - they're never spared the hellfire that's Vivian's tongue or otherwise frosty attitude. Others could easily mistake this for cruelty, as she's not against pushing her pokemon to their limit or scolding them from their weakness. Mostly because its a mindset she puts upon herself. She won't hesitate to turn away a party member because she deems them as 'weak', and is somewhat infamous for her ruthlessness when it comes to battling. Vivian is...learning. It's not too far fetched to say she see's her pokemon somewhat as tools for her to achieve her goals with, but, she's not a complete sociopath. As her adventure continues on, she'll open her eyes to the idea that maybe she and her team can become better through love and compassion - not just harshness and strength.[break][break]

Now we're talking! Vivian feeds on the anger of others and their dislike towards her - really, she can't help but smile when she see's someones face go red with fury. Typically though, she doesn't care if people dislike her, for the most part. Despite her general rule of thumb that 'if it doesn't involve her, she won't care,' her moral compass is strong enough to where she won't put up with obvious criminal actives...Even if she swears the 'role of a hero's never fit her'. People who are unsure of what they want in their life annoy her. Polite, fancy people make her uncomfortable. Pompous people despite sometimes being a 'higher than thou' person herself piss her off. Unrequited rivals, former friends turned enemies - all of that lovely stuff is wanted!

That's...a challenge, but, sure! I'm a filthy shipper so freaking come at me. Vivian's...gonna need some work in that department. She generally thinks its a waste of time, and the idea of her ever being romantic makes her "want to jump off a cliff so she can wake up." She has a slight fear that getting in a relationship would 'get in the way' - and if not, she's not exactly keen on opening herself up to anyone on 'that' sort of level. Bad influences from her mother to dating the deadbeats that littered the streets, the idea of dating anyone leaves a bad taste in her mouth. She'd likely push away this person before she could otherwise hurt them, because, believe it or not, she knows she's a pretty crappy person.
