"Oh, hello, didn't see you there!" A girl with angelic wings and blue pigtails turned to wave into the camera. "Satella here-desu, and, as some of you may know me already, I'm the announcer of any and all Pokemon Contest here within the Johto Region!" The blunette winked as fluttering hearts danced around the individuals screen. "Coming to you live and well, it's time for the annual start of this year's first Pokemon Contest: A Fable Night, which is the theme's name!" The blunette giggled. "And as always we're not allowed to tell you what our three judges are looking for, only what the theme of the contest is! So if I were you I'd prepare extra, extra chocolate sauce and apple cinnamon-y hard!" Satella stated as she'd huff and puff out her cheeks.

"Here are your judges: The famous Cowgirl who'll rope any Taurus right on its back, Holly Blue! The king of fashion and all aspects of beauty, our scary judge, Takehiro! And let's not forget our large, bulky visitor hailing from Kanto; voted the brawniest Gym Leader in all the well-known regions, Adande!" At the snap of finger, three pictures plopped onto the screen. These pictures were of the three judges for this month's contest. "The location for the contest is set within Cianwood, which is where Cianwood's Festival is said to also be happening this year! So expect the Contest Hall to be packed with onlookers; radiating sunshine from above, due to the high volume and population that Cianwood's Festival tends to attract. The contest is to be held at night in tandem with not only the contest's theme but because of fireworks as well! So make sure to grab your tickets for this big debut of all our new and old coordinators, yahoo!" The female exclaimed with joy.

"And now without further ado, sign-ups! Simply hold your Contest Pass to the screen and prepare for scanning! If you do not have one on you at this time, you can obtain one from the nearest Pokemon Center. Again, my name is Satella, and I'm looking forward to seeing who can shine the most brilliant!" Raising her right hand, she'd pretend as though it were a gun, "Until then, see you folks on the flip side!" The transmission would end.

• The maximum number of Pokemon the participant may use during there performance are: Two.
• During the performance round, you are to showcase both you and your Pokemon's range in creativity. Matching the theme can earn one bonus points. The judges cannot, in anyway, give you a hint on what exactly they are looking for. The hint itself is in the title, that is all I can give you.
